The Office of the Minister for Education has announced that Hon. Haruna Iddrisu has been discharged from hospital following a recent road traffic accident.
In a statement issued on February 14, 2026, the Ministry of Education confirmed that the Minister was treated at the 37 Military Hospital and has since been released after responding well to medical care.
According to the statement, Hon. Iddrisu is in good spirits and has been advised by medical professionals to take adequate rest as part of his recovery process.
The Minister expressed sincere gratitude to the medical team at the 37 Military Hospital for their professionalism and dedicated care. He also thanked well-wishers, colleagues, and members of the public who offered prayers and support during his period of hospitalization.
