Joana Gyan Cudjoe rolls out fertilizer support for farmers

The Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has announced plans to provide fertilizer support to eligible cocoa farmers within the constituency as part of efforts to boost agricultural productivity.

In a statement issued by her office, the MP invited all cocoa farmers who require fertilizer assistance to submit their details through the NDC Branch Chairmen in their respective towns and communities.

Farmers are required to provide their full names, town or community, and contact numbers to facilitate the registration process and ensure effective coordination.

Following the submission of details, a designated delegation will visit the registered cocoa farms to verify and measure farm sizes, assess fertilizer needs, and facilitate the appropriate distribution of the support.

All NDC Branch Chairmen have been mandated to compile and submit the list of interested cocoa farmers from their communities to the designated WhatsApp number provided by the MP’s office.

The deadline for submission of farmers’ details has been set for on or before January 30, 2026, and late submissions will not be considered.

The exercise is strictly limited to cocoa farmers within the Amenfi Central Constituency, and participants have been advised to provide accurate information to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe reaffirmed her commitment to supporting cocoa farmers and strengthening agricultural productivity to improve livelihoods across the constituency.
