We Have Not Received Ken’s Medical Report- OSP Reacts To Claims

The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has discredited a purported medical report suggesting that former Finance Minister, Mr Kenneth Ofori-Atta, is medically unfit to travel. The office has stated categorically that it has not received any such report from Mr. Ofori-Atta or his legal representatives.

It explains Mr. Ofori-Atta’s inability to honour a scheduled meeting with the OSP on 2 June
