It’s an amazing thing- Joseph Paintsil on record setting MLS feat

Black Stars winger Joseph Paintsil has described the Los Angeles Galaxy’s record setting feat in the Major League Soccer (MLS) as amazing.

He said this in response to the Galaxy becoming the first team in league history to have four players register at least 10 goals in a season.

The record setting feat came on the back of Galaxy’s 4-2 win over Vancouver Whitecaps in a game that had Paintsil score his 10^th goal of the season.

Gabriel Pec and Riqui Puig also got on the scoresheet to also get into double digits in goals for the season. Teammate Dejan Joveljic has 14 goals for the season to set up the quartet for the record feat.
