ADT Group CEO Builds School For Kwaat Community

As part of his contribution to ensure that children in his native Kwaat community in the Pusiga District of the Upper East Region study in a conducive environment, the Chief Executive Officer of the ADT Group of Companies, Alhaji Mohammed Nambong Ali has built and commissioned a two-storey school for the area. The six-unit classroom facilities  comes with ancillary facilities including a mosque, offices as well as places of convenience for both the pupils and their teachers.

Children in the Kwaat currently attend school in a nearby community, hence the facility will help prevent them from walking long distances to get an education.

Speaking at the commissioning of the facility, Alhaji Nambong Ali disclosed that the gesture is a form of ”thanksgiving celebration for God’s guidance and protection over him, his family and business”.

He called on other spirited persons to always remember the vulnerable in society since there is blessing in giving

The chiefs and community members who could not hide their joy, expressed their appreciation to him for the support and prayed that God continues to provide and replenish him with more resources to extend to others in similar gesture

The DCE for Pusiga Hon Aguure Haruna Abdul Rahim thanked the philanthropist for the honour done the community. He praised him for the gesture and indicated that government cannot shoulder the responsibility of developing communities alone and also called on other philanthropists to support in that regard.
