Davido to mark birthday with N300m ( GHS2,863,546.35)donation to orphanages

Afrobeats star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has announced that he will be commemorating his 32nd birthday with a N300 million donation to orphanages.

The singer disclosed this via his X handle on Monday morning.

He explained that the donation would be made to orphanages and a charity that fights against drug abuse among youths.

He promised to share more details in subsequent posts.

The OBO crooner wrote, “Once again, for my birthday this year, we are donating to orphanages and a charity that helps young people stay away from drug abuse & addiction. This year is N300m. Details to follow soon.”

This is not the first time Davido has donated to charity in commemoration of his birthday.

In November 2021, Davido donated N250m to 292 orphanages in celebration of his 29th birthday.
